Elitronyx (elitronyx.com) operates on a hyperlocal delivery model similar to Zepto. We deliver electronic components and development boards using local delivery drivers for ultra-fast service.

1. Delivery Timeline

Orders are delivered within 30 to 40 minutes from confirmation. This is an estimated delivery time and may vary due to traffic, weather, rider availability, or order volume.

2. Local Delivery Drivers

Elitronyx uses local delivery partners / riders operating within nearby areas. Delivery personnel may be full-time, part-time, or third-party partners. All deliveries are fulfilled on a best-effort basis.

3. Serviceable Areas

Fast delivery is available only in selected local zones. If your location is not serviceable, the order may be cancelled automatically and you will be notified.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed immediately after payment confirmation. Once assigned to a delivery rider, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

5. No Return Policy

Due to instant delivery and the sensitive nature of electronic components, all products are strictly non-returnable after delivery.

6. No Refund Policy

No refunds are provided once the order is confirmed and delivered. Customers are responsible for verifying product details before checkout.

7. Wrong or Missing Item

If an incorrect or missing item is delivered, contact us within 1 hour of delivery. A replacement may be arranged after verification. No cash or online refund will be issued.

8. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or non-response from the customer, the order will be marked as delivered. No refund or reattempt will be provided.

9. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees, if applicable, are displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

10. Limitation of Liability

Elitronyx is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including traffic, weather, strikes, or technical issues.
