This Cancellations & Refunds Policy explains the rules applicable to orders placed on Elitronyx (elitronyx.com). Due to our hyperlocal quick-delivery model, special conditions apply.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders placed on Elitronyx cannot be cancelled once confirmed. As orders are processed immediately and assigned to local delivery partners, cancellation requests are not accepted under any circumstances.

2. No Refund Policy

No refunds are issued once an order is confirmed and delivered. This applies to all products sold on Elitronyx.

3. Reason for No Refund

Elitronyx delivers sensitive electronic components within 30–40 minutes using local delivery drivers. Due to instant delivery and handling risks, refunds are not feasible.

4. Wrong or Missing Item

If you receive a wrong or missing item, you must inform us within 1 hour of delivery. After verification, a replacement may be arranged. No monetary refund will be provided.

5. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or non-response, the order will be considered completed. No refund or re-delivery will be provided.

6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension and legal action if required.
