4. Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver orders within 30 to 40 minutes. Delivery time is an estimate and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, rider availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. No Return Policy

Due to instant delivery and the sensitive nature of electronic components, all products are non-returnable once delivered.

6. No Refund Policy

No refunds are issued after order confirmation and delivery. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details before checkout.

7. Incorrect or Missing Items

In case of a wrong or missing item, customers must contact Elitronyx within 1 hour of delivery. A replacement may be arranged after verification. No monetary refund will be provided.

8. Failed Delivery
